Welcome to Talent Vault. We are an Auckland-based recruitment consultancy, specialising in the recruitment of general executive and senior IT roles. Talent Vault was formed because we wanted to create a recruitment consultancy that is focused on the needs of the individual and a company whose philosophy is based on the ethical care and the best practises for Candidates.
Talent Vault’s founder, Steve Gillingwater, began his IT career in 1981 where he worked in a variety of positions: from Project Management through to IT Management in large multinational IT companies. He has over 12 years of recruitment experience, recently leaving an international recruitment company where he was an Associate Director, running a successful team of IT Recruiters and was responsible for general Executive recruitment.
