We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation located approximately 10 minutes south of Auckland CBD.
This is a hands-on contract role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data specialists to gather requirements, analyse data, and support the delivery of key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL
- Support reporting, data quality, and process improvement initiatives
- Develop user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology environments
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and analyse queries independently
- Experience working with databases, data analysis, and reporting requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams
- Experience in Agile environments highly regarded
- Immediate start
