We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to step into a key delivery role within a large, complex environment. This is a hands-on contract where you’ll pick up in-flight work and quickly add value across a range of customer and digital initiatives.
About the role
You’ll be working across a portfolio of strategic programmes spanning customer experience, digital services, and product delivery. A key initial focus will be supporting a transformation programme involving blended (online and in-person) service delivery and end-to-end process improvement.
This role suits someone who is comfortable operating at a technical BA level, working closely with developers and architects, and able to bring structure and clarity in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Writing high-quality, developer-ready user stories
- Translating business needs into clear technical designs
- Acting as the bridge between business, delivery, and technical teams
- Working closely with architects and tech leads to support delivery
- Helping prioritise work to maximise value and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline delivery
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst(not purely functional)
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar platform ecosystems
- Proven ability to write clear, structured user stories for developers
- Confidence working with technical stakeholders (architects, engineers)
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to hit the ground running and deliver with minimal direction
