We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager
to support a large-scale multi-year supply chain transformation project
focused on improving operational maturity through cutting-edge automation and system enhancements.
🔧 About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving user adoption and operational readiness as our client introduces a new system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading change management activities and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Developing and delivering training on the new system (how-to guides, documentation, in-person sessions)
- Helping staff understand the benefits and value of the changes
- Supporting a faster pace of implementation by acting as a dedicated change and training resource
- Occasional overnight travel to national sites
- A confident, proactive communicator who thrives on variety and momentum
- Strong experience in change management, training and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable navigating complex environments and building buy-in
- A practical, hands-on CM and trainer who can support and empower users
