We’re seeking a contract Change Manager to support the successful rollout of a nationwide Salesforce migration, impacting key operational teams across the health services sector.
This isn’t your typical strategic change role — it’s hands-on and delivery-focused. You’ll ensure users are confident, trained, and supported, while helping to smooth out process gaps before and after go-live.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate readiness across training, communications, and process change
- Partner with the BA and vendor to confirm and embed changes
- Track and support user training (train-the-trainer model)
- Collate feedback and lead change resolution planning
- Drive go-live readiness and provide post-launch support through November
- Solid experience as a Change Manager
- A user-first, practical approach to embedding change
- Confidence working with testers, trainers, and BA/project teams
- Bonus: Experience on Salesforce projects or working in public sector environments
You’ll join a collaborative project team — including BA, vendor, and key stakeholders — and play a central role in ensuring readiness across ~60 users nationwide.
