We are seeking a senior Enterprise Solution Consultant to join a large and highly respected organisation based in Wellington.
This is a newly created role with a strong product ownership and enterprise service leadership focus, responsible for shaping and establishing enterprise digital products and services across a complex environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, business partners, architects, delivery teams, and vendors, you will play a key role in driving strategic outcomes, improving prioritisation, and building confidence across enterprise digital initiatives.
This role is primarily stakeholder and product-led, with responsibility for defining roadmaps, influencing investment and governance decisions, and ensuring enterprise services align to business priorities and operational outcomes. While you will work closely alongside enterprise and domain architects, this is not a deep technical architecture role. The focus is on leadership, product ownership, stakeholder engagement, commercial oversight, and enterprise service direction.
You will be responsible for helping shape and mature enterprise products and services across areas including digital workplace, cloud capabilities, shared enterprise platforms, AI, channels, and core business applications.
To be successful, you will bring proven experience in:
- Enterprise product ownership or product management
- Establishing product or service roadmaps
- Governance, investment, and prioritisation processes
- Working across large-scale enterprise environments
- Influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes
- Vendor, commercial, and service performance management
- Translating business demand into practical enterprise solutions
- Operating confidently across ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving business needs
Experience within New Zealand government or complex enterprise environments will be advantageous, however strong product ownership capability and enterprise leadership experience are considered more important than sector background.
