• Establish enterprise product ownership, roadmaps, and prioritisation
• Influence senior stakeholders across business and digital environments
• Lead enterprise service direction across digital, cloud, data, AI, and shared platforms
We are seeking a senior Enterprise Solution Consultant to join a large and highly respected organisation based in Wellington.
This is a newly established role with a strong enterprise product and service leadership focus, responsible for shaping enterprise digital direction across a complex and evolving environment. Working closely with senior business stakeholders, digital leaders, architects, vendors, and delivery teams, you will help establish trusted enterprise service ownership, improve prioritisation and governance maturity, and ensure enterprise digital initiatives align with organisational strategy and operational outcomes.
This is not a deep technical architecture role.
Instead, the focus is on enterprise product ownership, stakeholder engagement, governance, investment alignment, roadmap development, vendor management, and influencing strategic outcomes across a broad portfolio of enterprise products and services. You will work alongside architects and technical specialists to shape practical and sustainable enterprise solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on business value and organisational outcomes.
The portfolio will span large-scale enterprise platforms and shared services across areas such as digital workplace, cloud capabilities, data, AI, channels, and core enterprise applications.
To be successful, you will bring proven experience in:
- Enterprise product ownership or enterprise service leadership
- Governance, investment, and prioritisation processes
- Establishing roadmaps and enterprise service direction
- Influencing senior stakeholders across complex environments
- Vendor, commercial, and service performance management
- Translating business demand into practical digital outcomes
- Leading through influence across matrix and delivery environments
- Building trust, alignment, and clarity within evolving organisations
Experience within large enterprise or public-sector environments will be advantageous, however proven enterprise product ownership and stakeholder leadership capability are considered more important than sector background alone.
This is an outstanding opportunity to help establish and shape a newly forming enterprise capability within a large and complex organisation, where your influence and leadership will directly contribute to the future direction of enterprise digital services.
