We’re looking for a Linux Support Engineer to join a reputable and well-established company in the Waikato region (Hamilton), supporting operations in a factory/manufacturing setting (not a traditional IT office).

- Provide monitoring and troubleshooting of Linux-based, virtualized servers
- Diagnose and resolve incidents using technical documentation and research
- Support and maintain configuration management and documentation
- Collaborate with other teams to improve security, reliability, and productivity
- Comfortable working around industrial systems and operations
- Keen to upskill or already at an intermediate level
- Based in the Waikato region
