📌 Role Details:

  • Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: Wellington (Hybrid – 1 day WFH)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Portfolio team.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials & take minutes.
  • Assist with financial management(purchase orders, invoices, contracts).
  • Maintain project artefacts – risk registers, issue logs, action trackers.
  • Update project lists & reports for project and financial tracking.
  • Support recruitment & onboarding for contractors and vendors.
  • Work with Microsoft Suite, Jira, Oracle, Helix (Remedy), Planview.
  • Run SAFe ceremonies& support Agile project practices.
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong project/programme coordination experience.
  • Proficient in financial management & reporting.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage priorities.
  • Experience in IT services/public sector is a plus!
