Project Coordinator (6-Week Interim Contract – Governance Focus)
Are you an experienced Project Coordinator available immediately? We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised professional to step into this 6-week interim role, supporting governance activities while we recruit for a fixed-term resource. This role will play a key part in ensuring effective governance and coordination across the programme until the end of April 2025.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with Change Partners and the Communications team, ensuring governance processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Deliver:
- Provide governance coordination and administrative support, ensuring processes, documentation, and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- Organise and facilitate governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain governance registers, documentation, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
- Track and monitor actions and risks, ensuring timely updates and escalations where required.
- Assist with programme reporting, ensuring data is accurate, well-structured, and audience-appropriate.
- Support the Programme Leadership with general administration, compliance, and governance-related activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to support effective collaboration.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, governance, or administration roles.
- Strong experience with stakeholder management, governance processes, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to capture key insights and decisions.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience working in a structured governance environment.
