3-6 month contract - Salesforce Consultant - Auckland

We’re partnering with a well-known dynamic business in Auckland to find an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Platform Owner who brings more than just admin skills — someone who can help shape the future of their Salesforce capability.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a 3-month contract (with strong potential to extend to 6 months) as a Salesforce Platform Owner role.
You’ll work directly with the Digital Product Manager and play a key part in stabilising and optimising both legacy and new Salesforce platforms.

The Role:
•    Hit the ground running to stabilise BAU Salesforce operations
•    Manage and uplift a legacy CRM system and work with the new Salesforce Cloud instance
•    Cleanse, organise, and rationalise admin areas across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
•    Review and maintain data integrity, storage policies, renewals, and licences
•    Identify opportunities for automation, better processes, and long-term transformation
•    Help shape the case for change — more than just “keeping the lights on”

We’re looking for someone who:
•    Is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, with functional consulting experience 
•    Has deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud
•    Has experience managing Salesforce user roles, release cycles, and health checks
•    Is comfortable in environments where documentation is light and change is welcomed
•    Can confidently engage with stakeholders and translate technical ideas into business value
•    Is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment
