We’re working with a leading healthcare services and product provider undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, and they’re looking for multiple Salesforce Developers to join their team.
This is a hands-on role in a lean, delivery-focused environment, where you’ll be contributing to the design, build, and ongoing improvement of Salesforce solutions that directly support critical business processes and user experience.
You’ll be working closely with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and Admins in a collaborative team that values practical delivery, simplicity, and outcomes over process.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions
- Working across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
- Leveraging declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
- Building and maintaining integrations with external systems ( REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi)
- Translating business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release processes
- Troubleshooting issues, optimising performance, and resolving defects
- Contributing to code reviews and development best practices
- Collaborating with Admins to balance configuration vs custom development
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex (incl. SOQL/SOSL)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data and security models
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-led design
- Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience across Salesforce Clouds(Sales, Service, Experience)
- Exposure to DevOps tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Front-end / JavaScript experience
- Experience with data migration and deployment strategies
