Contract - Senior Change Manager – Immediate Start
We're looking for experienced Contract Change Managers to support a busy portfolio of projects. This is a 6-month contract with strong potential to extend to 12 months or more.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hands-on Change Manager – this is not a leadership or oversight role. We need someone who will do the work themselves.
- Experience managing change across multiple complex projects, ideally including:
- HRIS implementation
- Staff development programs (e.g. pay progression tied to qualifications)
- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – must be able to confidently engage and push back on execs who may be sceptical about change management.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment – approx. 100 projects across the portfolio, so plenty of work.
