A large entity is currently rolling out a critical HRIS Payroll Replacement Programme – and we’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to take the lead on people, process, and technology transition activities. This is a fast-paced, high-impact programme – ideal for someone who can confidently deliver change in complex environments and is available to start immediately.

What’s on Offer:

  • Term: Through to end of June 2025 (with high likelihood of extension)

What you will be doing:
  • Lead and execute a full change management strategy across a multi-faceted programme
  • Deliver stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and resistance planning
  • Support user adoption and capability uplift for a new enterprise HRIS/Payroll platform
  • Work alongside the Programme Director, HR, and technical specialists to ensure effective delivery
  • Align change strategy with business objectives and ensure benefits realisation
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in delivering organisational change on large-scale programmes
  • Strong background in HRIS, payroll or ICT transformation preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident, collaborative, and outcome-driven approach
  • Immediate availability
