- Support user adoption and capability uplift for a new enterprise HRIS/Payroll platform
- Work alongside the Programme Director, HR, and technical specialists to ensure effective delivery
- Align change strategy with business objectives and ensure benefits realisation
- Proven experience in delivering organisational change on large-scale programmes
- Strong background in HRIS, payroll or ICT transformation preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident, collaborative, and outcome-driven approach
