Senior Test Analyst |  5-month contract | Auckland (preferred) | Immediate Start

Our client is currently working on 2 major projects with complex integrated systems in the QA practice, and looking for a hands-on Senior Test Analyst to join a growing multi-city testing team.  This role will see you working closely with business and technical teams on a mix of new implementations and feature upgrades across 2 critical projects.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver manual functional testing – from test strategy through to execution and exit reporting
• Act as a single point of contact for testing within the project team
• Work across PMs, BAs, Solution Architects, and IT SMEs to ensure quality outcomes
• Manage vendor collaboration – driving defect resolution, highlighting issues, and ensuring delivery within defined timeframes
• Support UAT, raise and track defects, and provide clear updates to stakeholders

• Proven confidence in real-world delivery scenarios
• Strong manual testing expertise (functional, system integration, load, and performance)
• Experience leading as a sole tester and working with junior testers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with vendor management experience

• As the lead tester on the project, you’ll work directly with the business on new implementations and feature upgrades, taking ownership of testing and vendor management.
• You’ll join a supportive, growing QA practice led out of Auckland, working on projects that impact operations nationwide.
