Join a leading telecommunications provider and play a key role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience for our wholesale clients.

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Service Manager to oversee fulfilment, delivery, and billing, ensuring our solutions are delivered right the first time. You’ll work closely with account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to solve problems, optimise processes, and drive high service standards.

What you’ll bring:

  • strong service co-ordination/customer services experience in fast face environments

  • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Solid technical understanding of mobile, data, and networking

  • A hands-on, solutions-driven attitude

About You:

  • You are an experienced co-ordinator/adminstrator who thrives working in a team. 
  • You MUST be an exceptional communicator - both written and verbal who can confidently relate to your stakeholders and builds strong rapport. 
  • You are an extrovert who enjoys taking ownership and resolving solutions for customers.

  • Delivery of wholesale services through external contractors

  • Accurate CRM system records
  • Customer notifications via Informers
